What Foods To Eat To Lose Weight (NO BS ANSWER)

If you’re getting tired of exercising a lot to lose weight, but the weighing scale isn’t moving the way you expect, you’re facing a tiring problem. What’s the reason? Perhaps, you’re not watching the calories you eat.

In your weight loss journey, not only should you create a diet plan, watch every food you eat, but more importantly, you should observe the calorie count of these foods carefully.

In all of my previous videos, I keep telling everyone that upon deciding to lose weight, one should learn first how to calculate calories.

It may be difficult at first to the point that you are almost going crazy counting calories every single day, but hey, IT REALLY WORKS, and you’ll succeed in this fitness journey.

Now going back to the question, WHAT IS IT THE FOOD YOU SHOULD EAT TO LOSE WEIGHT?

Unfortunately, I couldn’t recommend any food. It’s indeed true that there are lots of weight loss-friendly food out there that even dieticians recommend, such as these plant-based foods like pumpkin puree, chickpeas, potatoes, berries, leafy greens, avocados, and even fish like salmon, and tuna.

However, the reason why I’m not recommending specific foods is because of THE NUMBER OF CALORIE INTAKE MATTERS than the food you eat and your meal plan — that’s if you are disciplined enough to burn more calories than you what you have consumed for a single day.

THERE ARE NO BAD FOODS, BUT THERE ARE BAD PORTIONS OF CALORIES AND MACROS. Consuming too many nutrients is bad for the body. Lack of nutrients is worse.

WHAT CAN I RECOMMEND THEN? Nothing but HEALTHY FOODS. As much as possible, only eat healthy foods such as fruits and veggies because they’re high in volume and can keep you fuller longer.

In my program, I help people transform their body and sustain the results without restrictions on the food they eat as long as they can burn more calories.

This is the reason why YOU HAVE TO LEARN HOW TO CALCULATE CALORIES so you’re training won’t be put into waste.

Have a fit and healthy life, my friend!
