The #1 Reason You’re BINGE Eating And You Can’t Lose Weight

If you have started a diet and gym routine, but you cannot stick to the plan because you ruin your results through binge eating, you are not alone. Binge eating is when you eat whatever you want in the fridge, and you don’t limit yourself to set portions. The reason can be because of stress or depression, and it affects many people. However, I will tell you how you can stop binge eating and stop ruining your program.

The first step to stopping binge eating is deciding, do you want to lose weight or remain the same? If you want to lose weight, then you need to put in the effort of a proper exercise routine and diet plan. When you ask yourself this question, you need to look in the mirror and ask yourself if you like what you see. If the answer is no, then you know you need to make a change and get on a program which will allow you to answer yes.

Second, you need to find out why you are binge eating. The most common reason for binge eating is if you are on a very restrictive diet. These types of diets mostly happen when you are on an extreme calorie restriction, which leads you to feel hungry all the time and never being fully satisfied.

The key to fixing this issue with binge eating is you need to find a balanced diet where you are eating enough calories that you don’t feel hungry, but you are still eating few enough calories so you are at a caloric deficit. This means you are eating less calories than you are burning throughout a day.

One way to help eat less calories and still feel full is you need to make sure the foods you are eating are high in volume to avoid binge eating. If you eat healthy foods, you feel more full even though you eat less calories. A good rule to follow is to eat 80% healthy foods and 20% of foods you like. This way you still get to eat the foods you like but in smaller quantities.

The next key to avoiding binge eating is you need to change your environment, which means changing the foods you have in your fridge and pantry so you do not have the option to binge eat unhealthy food. By removing these foods, you ultimately have no option to binge eat and make it impossible to do so.

In conclusion, to avoid binge eating you need to find the right amount of calories for losing weight while still having enough food so you don’t constantly feel hungry. The second key to avoiding binge eating is to change your environment so it is not possible to binge eat by removing junk food. The truth is you need to suffer now to be happy with the results later. In this video, I talk more about the two best ways to avoid binge eating and how they help you stay on your program without being constantly hungry.
