This means you are eating less calories than you are burning throughout a day.

If you eat healthy foods, you feel more full even though you eat less calories. A good rule to follow is to eat 80% healthy foods and 20% of foods you like. This way you still get to eat the foods you like but in smaller quantities.
The next key to avoiding binge eating is you need to change your environment, which means changing the foods you have in your fridge and pantry so you do not have the option to binge eat unhealthy food. By removing these foods, you ultimately have no option to binge eat and make it impossible to do so.
