How Owais Went From 165 lbs (75 kgs) to 154 lbs (70 kgs) Within 12 Weeks

Owais is originally from Pakistan, but he works and lives in London as a software engineer.

When he approached me mainly wanted to improve his energy levels and lost a bit of weight. He joined the Spartan coaching program at 75kg (165lbs) and lost around 5kgs (11 lbs) within 12 weeks.

Owais as a busy professional, his biggest challenge was to find an approach that would work for his lifestyle and work. By joining the Spartan coaching program, he learned how to eat the food he wants, train how he wants, optimize his sleep and improve his energy levels. As a result of his transformation, he can now perform much better at his work.

– Good morning everyone, my name is Owais Ahmed, and I’m making this video to appreciate my personal trainer called Xenios, who is the owner of I met Xenios through a YouTube channel. I was very much impressed by seeing the transformation, and the fact that he practised and promoted natural bodybuilding without the steroid intake, which is very common these days. You see them throughout the gym, and everybody takes them without thinking that how hazardous they are to their health. So yes, I decided to opt for Xenios training program, and when I joined his training program I was a bit chubby and I was around 75kg. And since then, I’ve lost a lot of weight, and apart from losing weight, I have become leaner, and I have learned a lot of information from him about the daily macros, which I was not very much in to before. I have related for information of what to eat, how to eat, and what time to eat, so he has really helped me out, to be honest. And especially with his customized meal plans, of customizing my diet as per my needs, as per my liking, so I’m really thankful to him for his customized meal plans, and providing me thorough guidance from working out point of view as well. So, he has really helped me, and for six months down the line, I know much more about the daily intake, daily references, and the daily allowance calorie intake, as well as the bodybuilding. And, I’m very much excited to take my body to the next level with Xenios’ instructions, guidelines, those additions. I think he is the most friendly personal trainer I have used so far. As I have been trained by other personal trainers as well, but I must say Xenios is the most sincere person. He is the most friendly person. He is always there for you whenever you have any questions, if you’re not sure about anything, you can text him, you can leave him a Facebook message, and he comes back very quickly. That’s the best thing about him. And, I must say I joined him as a stranger or as an instructor, and now six months down the line, he is a very good friend of mine. We discuss a lot of things apart from bodybuilding. Healthy living, so yes, if you have a lot of common things to discuss most of the time. So yes, I am really thankful for all the guidance and for his appreciation for giving me a lot of motivation that yes, I can do it, and I’m looking forward to take my body to the next level, obviously with Xenios.
