How Ahmad Went From 189 lbs (86 kgs) to 161 lbs (73 kgs) Within 12 Weeks

Ahmad is from Manchester, United Kingdom and he joined the program at 189 lbs (86 kgs). Before joining the program, he had a 1:1 personal trainer, but he didn’t like the experience because he wasn’t learning anything about his results.

He responds really, really fast and that’s what I can say. He does weekly check-ins as well for your weight and keeps tracks of that.
