Call Preparation Instructions

Important: Please read the instructions carefully and watch the DEMO video below. This will make our conversation more productive and ensure you get the best possible outcome.

Rules:

Rule #1: Add to your calendar the date and time for our call. I’ve sent you an email containing that. If you’re more than 5-mins late the call will be cancelled and you will not be able to reschedule. 
 
Rule #2: Strictly, please make sure you’re in a quiet room preferably on a desktop/laptop, no airports, no calls while driving or while you’re in car, etc.

How attending the call works:

1: We will contact you via text and email the day/time of your call to confirm 24 Hours out and 1 hour prior to your call time.
 
2: We preferably like to do the calls via ZOOM. We always send an email with your private link to join the zoom call 24, 3, and 1 hour before your appointment – Be there 5 mins early.
 
3: You must watch the Spartan Coaching™ Demo video below to understand what our program is all about as this video will answer most of your questions and will save us a lot of time on the call.
