As I get to know your body and goals, as your trainer I will customize your exercises and routine towards what you are trying to accomplish so that you get there as fast as possible. Likewise, as your trainer I will also schedule your sessions at times that meet your lifestyle and availability.
As your personal trainer I will provide you safety from injury. The whole point of working out and exercising is to become healthier and get in better shape. This does not happen when you get injured. Not only are you in worse shape than before, but you miss out on exercise time towards your eventual goal. While no trainer can prevent all injuries, I will not push you too far. My expertise can also mean that you exercise in the appropriate manners with the right form and movements.

I will always encourage you to take block bookings not only because you will save a lot of money but most importantly because you will be commitment with the training and your personal goals. I highly recommend you to block book for at least 8 weeks of time.
