Before joining the program he had multiple local personal trainers and tried many different methods to get in shape but none of those methods was helping him to make this a lifestyle and get lifelong lasting results. He was in the yo-yo state where he was losing weight and then gaining weight.
After being in the Spartan Coaching: Premium program for a bit more than 4 months, he lost 43 lbs (19 kgs) without having restrictions and eating the foods that he wants. Hamilton feels great, he has seen massive differences with the clothes he gets a lot of compliments.

Abbas started at 188 lbs (85.5 kg) and 22% body fat.
At the end of the program, he was at 161 lbs (73 kg) and below 10% body fat!
So, in a bit over 3 months that Abbas was in the Spartan program, he lost over 27 pounds (12.2 kg) of fat while gaining muscle.

Xenios is very thorough in his preparation of exercise plans. I've had several different exercise plans with him...excellent for keeping things new and challenging my body in different ways. When I have questions about exercises or about his fitness application, he's there usually within 24 hours with answers. He'll tweak plans to meet my needs or to adjust to equipment that's available in my gym.
One of the best things that ever happened to me was the ability to learn how to do everything on my own without his help. I managed to learn how to create my own workout program, my own nutrition plan and how to be more efficient during my day. At first, I thought it would be difficult working with a personal trainer who wasn't right with me when I was training. But joining the Spartan Coaching program I realised how much better it is rather than by having a personal trainer at the gym.
In the end, I'm very happy about joining the Spartan Coaching program. One look at the scale or in the mirror tells me all I need to know!

Nitin is coming from India and he is living in Minnesota, USA for the past 3 years and he is working at an IT job. He joined the Spartan Coaching program mainly to lose his belly fat.
Before he joined the program Nitin had a 1-1 personal trainer which he wasn’t happy about the results he was getting as he wasn’t getting proper education on nutrition. He also wasn't sure if the Spartan Coaching program it's going to work for him as he is very busy with work, raising his family and his eating habits are quite different due to his ethnicity. He prefers foods like khichdi, rice, biryani, dal, roti, chapati, and bhajiya.
We started his journey at around 177 lbs and 26% body fat and within 6 months we managed to get down to 154 lbs and 11% body fat.

He tried a few diet methods, got some results, gained mass but also gained a lot of fat. His biggest struggle was to manage his diet while going out for dinners with clients from his work.
I gave Martin the exact amount of calories, the types of foods he needed to gain muscle, lose fat, and build his energy levels. He fully committed to the program as you can see from the picture. It took him just 3 months to go from 209lbs (95kg) to 178lbs (81kg) and get into this fantastic shape.

Before he joined the program, he had high blood pressure, high LDL cholesterol, low HDL cholesterol and high levels of triglycerides. Those are symptoms when someone is obese.
We started at 286 lbs (131 kgs), and our main goal was to get down to around 176 lbs (80 kgs), which is considered a healthy weight based on his height. These type of transformations don't happen overnight. They need a lot of time and effort. My approach with these type of bodies is to start very aggressively at the beginning, so the client sees results immediately. Results = Motivation to keep going. Within 18 months we managed to get down to 181lbs (82 kgs) which is an incredibly good and healthy weight for Alexander.
